DOK I10, publishes this honor, which can be requested by radio amateurs with call signals and accordingly by SWLs for amateur radio connections after 1 January 1996.
Need for a diploma request:
DL stations 50 points,
European stations 30 points,
DX stations 20 points.
It applies the following point valuation:
Each station on a German North Sea island counts 5 points
A station on the North Sea island Norderney is mandatory and counts 10 points
Clubstations of German North Sea islands count 10 points
The special station DA0IMD counts 15 points
Connections on the 40-Meter and 70-Zentimeter-Band count double.
Each call signal may be specified once per tape in the request. There is no binding or operating mode limitation.
The diploma request is sent with an acknowledged list of available QSL cards (GCR list) and with the fee by 10, Euro for DL stations, foreign stations 10 US Dollar, to the following address:
